When utilizing climate technology the quality and especially the performance of the fans and air handling units must be convincing. Rosenberg sets high standards in this area.
Logistic Center Würth, Künzelsau (Germany)
For air conditioning the logistics center VZ West of the Adolf Würth GmbH & Co. KG Rosenberg Ventilatoren GmbH delivered 15 air handling units with a total volume of up to 250,000 m³/h. The units in weather-proof construction on the roof of the logistics center are connected to a pneumatic distributor, including place holders on the face side for integration of functionally relevant installation technology and process control.
Unilever, Mannheim (Germany)
For Unilever Mannheim, location of the German distribution center of the Unilever Group and production facility of the Dove soap products, Rosenberg supplied 16 door air curtains of the model WINDBOX L including hot water heaters and controllers.
Coca-Cola, Weimar (Germany)
The beverage industry also uses air conditioning technology from Rosenberg. For production of the beverage brand Coca-Cola, weather-proof units for room air conditioning were installed and later equipped with an integrated refrigeration system.
WIKA, Klingenberg (Germany)
Rosenberg Ventilatoren GmbH supplied 10 HVAC units for the climate control of production at WIKA. The company, located in Hessian Klingenberg, manufactures controls and instruments for pressure and temperature measurement technology. These units are equipped with heat recovery through rotary heat exchangers and evaporative humidifiers.
Schott ML, Jena (Germany)
This worldwide well-known manufacturer of technical glass has built a new production facility in Jena. In this new plant, exhaust air is generated from the melting of glass that is inherently laden with hydrochloric acid and is highly corrosive. For this reason, ROSENBERG-HOLLAND produced a PVC-unit “Liberty” that had its Germany premiere here. Next to great heat insulation properties, the unit also has no possibility of corrosion. This convinced the planers and the installer to make this pilot project a reality.
