Rosenberg Ventilatoren GmbH has nominated Dipl.-Ing. Norbert Schuster as COO with effect from 01 June 2022.
The 62-year-old mechanical engineer looks back on 37 years of professional experience as an accomplished manager, including 21 years in management positions. He has relevant industry and technical knowledge. Most recently, he worked for Ziehl-Abegg SE as Chief Technology Officer for 17 years until 2020 and then used his skills as an independent management consultant for well-known companies for more than 2 years.
Mr. Schuster is also to support the necessary transformation for the upcoming generation change in the shareholder and management circle of the Rosenberg Group. "I am pleased that we were able to win Norbert Schuster for this responsible position. He is the ideal person for the upcoming challenges and, due to our long-standing friendly relationship, has the full confidence of my family and me" explains founder and shareholder Karl Rosenberg.
In addition to company founder Karl Rosenberg and Jörg Noe, Managing Director Sales & Finance since 2018, Norbert Schuster now completes the management team of Rosenberg Ventilatoren GmbH.
